Cholesterol



There's sugar, there are ants. There is cholesterol, there is Lipitor. Believe it or not this drug is a drug that most "sold" around the world. The reason? The growing period, the more people affected by hypercholesterol. In fact, one study stated, one in five Indonesian people get high cholesterol. That number is still growing every day. The cause could be genetic factors, lifestyle factors that are not healthy, and dietary factors are high in saturated fat.
The types of foods to avoid if you have high cholesterol are milk, egg yolks, brain, squid, clams, butter, full-cream milk, cheese, meat, shrimp, animal skin, animal oil, and offal. All types of foods that contain saturated fat and cholesterol are very high. The problem is, all the food actually has a taste the most delicious is not it?
However, many people are too caught up in a few things about cholesterol. For example, there are still many people who do not know that all kinds of plant foods contain no cholesterol and all animal food sources must contain cholesterol. But the problem, although cholesterol-free vegetable sources, they still contain saturated fats which indirectly could also increase the cholesterol in your body. For example, coconut milk, durian, various kinds of beans and cooking oil. In addition, cholesterol in seafood will not directly increase cholesterol in the meat-like. The reason, in the marine food sources there is still a type of omega-3 fats that serve suppress bad cholesterol and lowers triglycerides in the blood. Omega-3 fats make the structure easier to digest digestive enzymes, especially when combined with regular exercise. So, the point is the number of servings. Because, when consumed in excess, the food will still be a negative impact on your health.
Lastly, you have to remember that cholesterol is also required for the formation of various hormones, cell membranes forming the walls, and is essential for the growth of the human brain. So, always remember, "eat what you need, not what you want". Because, as long as you follow what is most needed by the body, I'm sure your life will be free from drugs.
